Peter Gregorovic, Attorney
Peter Gregorovic, J.D., Esq. is the founding principal of GLG and is of counsel at California Pharmacy Lawyers. His 28+ year career is grounded in business litigation, which transitioned into the specialized field of pharmacy law, including pharmacy sales and acquisitions, corporate formation and compliance, real estate transactions as well as non-pharmacy business transactions.
His litigation experience has benefited numerous pharmacists and pharmacies representing them against accusations filed by the Board of Pharmacy, whether negotiating settlements or defending his client at hearing before an administrative law judge. In his 28-year career, he has achieved successful trial verdicts, published appellate decisions, received Martindale Hubbell’s AV Preeminent Rating, Fine Magazine’s 2017 Top Lawyers Award, and San Diego Magazine’s 2016 Top Lawyers Award for Business Litigation.
Mr. Gregorovic is admitted to practice in the State Courts of California and Nevada, and in the U.S. District Courts, for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
In giving back to the community, Mr. Gregorovic is a member of the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations; has also served as Vice-President of the City of La Mesa Athletic Council, where he authored a first-in-the-nation cost sharing deferred maintenance plan between the City and sports organizations relating to allocated uses of municipal fields; serves the community as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem and is appointed by the La Mesa City Council to the La Mesa Personnel Appeals Board.
